I don’t know but that said, if you were going to buy a machine wouldn’t you buy a few mil shares so when it did go up use those shares to pay for a machine? That’s what I would do. Most investors won’t buy stocks on gray’s until they get to the OCTBB, this means fully reporting. Flexer
