NNRF Inc. has filed Amendment No. 1 to its Form 10-SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission and anticipates that it will be trading on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board in the third quarter of 2007. In addition, it is the intention of NNRF Inc. to seek listing on one or major exchanges once it qualifies to list on such exchanges.
