That's pretty much correct. The only real "new" work that I'm bidding on currently is public works projects such as fire stations, schools, and municipal projects. Basically anything involving city, county, state or government funding. The only good thing is that the feeding at the taxpayer pig trough always seems to be a never ending slop feed.
