Those were the calculations that I did per the 1 for 10 RS and the last filings. They went out of bus right after the RS and that was about it. The only other options as for why they have traded 150k is maybe


a. shorting/nss/ftd's

b. one of those guys restricted shares from 10 yrs ago sold and those are in the float. so float is 300k or something.

c. the new company has control right now and are on the ask. if they are and they are smart they would start moving to .05 .06 .07 etc. got to be a ladder.


I went through the past historical and there is really no indication that the float is any bigger than a couple/few hun k. only 1 200k day and a 150k since 2002(these could of been match trades which show double and those happen a lot with shells). I have looked at many historical s and if the OS was a couple mil or float was you would see it somewhere or a larger indicator.imo
