Roger that. Once again many thanx Ben-Jonson. Obviously you're watching the entire Alt energy industry as a whole and I agree with your choice of words in calling Algae the most "transformative" new enegery source in view.
The Algae race is one many of us hope will produce multiple winners. We [USA] know we can produce electricity with wind...solar...geothermal...nuclear...etc. They're all past the point of being considered experimental, some more than others, but by-and-large they all have their "sea legs" now and stand ready to produce mass quantities of energy as quick as they can be deployed. Algae, on the other hand, hasn't quite reached that stage yet and faces a few more hurdles. However out of all of the new alt energy options Algae does hold the most diverse promise...as a fuel...an animal feed...a human food supplement...plastics...lubricants...is renewable...anybody anywhere can become a producer...etc. etc. etc...and it exchanges oxygen for Co2. Not a bad resume!
Alot is riding on this tiny green plant...but so far it appears to have broad shoulders.
