>>>>paying Cap gains tax<<<<<<<............I would think it likely Steve that many market investors haven't used up their tax lose carry forward from the 2000/2002 market crash....I being one, and LT cap gains would just be washed out without any needed liquidation to cover tax bill........unhfortunately I don't know how that would be verified but seems likely for many.
