I mean that there seems to be alot of hurrying going on all of a sudden.. Oil is down which will cost them some money and they know it.. Now Shell has a 25 year joint deal.. The SOFA will get done by yr end.. The HCL is to parlement for the 3rd or 4th time and it seems that it also may get signed by yr end.. Alot of talk about the heavy dinar.. I have been here for years (in the shadows) and it you just compare where we are now to just last year at this time, you will agree we have come sooo far..
