*Mr. Galo says he will issue a press release regarding the status of the buy back of shares as soon as possible. ( The share buyback has nothing to do directly with the sale of Barons, so he can issue a press release on that subject). Galo also says he will get an accurate share count and have it posted on the BIH Corporation website Monday. He says the share count has not changed since he became President.
