Well... Scottrade still restricting buying so there are reasons for that. No problem buying a POS stock with NO BID but try to buy PINR for .0001 to .0003 & restricted! They don't "restrict" stocks for this long without a reason.


I really think they are short & only allowing sells for PINR due to the fact they can pick 'em up cheaper, keep as many people as they can from buying! They let you buy SWYV for god sakes & it's went from .086 to .0004, r/s 5:1 and now down to .0001X.0002 yet we can't buy PINR with no dilution in 4 months?
