What I remember Roger telling me in April was, if either of the trials comes out favorably, we'll do a deal. I think it is absolutely inexcusable to not have something closer in hand, as they may have. It's not like the BP's are in GM's shoes. In fact they are among the few groups not seeing downgrades in debt and slicing estimates.
