Kevin Bill will be gathering the necessary proxies >15% in order to have an audience with Juan. Mike it is an effort to gain facts about non jv related info but it doesn't hurt to try of course it might mean signing a NDA. I can't think ofany reason for a shareholder to not authorize Bill to act. Bill has also agreed to take the trip. More info tomorrow morning.
