Profunds index and sector trading

im trying to lengthen my hold times to weeks or months from days. partially because i dont have the time i used to watch markets and also because my wifes 401k has 30 day min hold times. i find that very frustrating compared to profunds where i can trade on any given day i would like. so i am using her 401k as a way for this old dog to learn new tricks. it does keep me in cash a lot, but that has been a great thing the last few years
