Not saying that scenario is right. In fact, it is terribly wrong, but it is a reality. If the government makes it harder on those "rich," they will simply pass it on to those under them with inflation and job layoffs. Of course, the solution would be to have NO private enterprise, and let the government own and control everything. There's a word or two for people brought up with those values -- Marxist, socialist. "We need a strong civilian militia." Hmmmmmmmmmm.
