I suggest the best course of action is to do nothing at all. Any efforts to get some sort of satisfaction or piece of mind from Juan/Medinah prior to the JV being completed/announced is doomed to failure. The kind of details that you would need to get that piece of mind is certainly covered by a NDA.
What you are really after is the news...and it will come out when it comes out. There is nothing you can do to hurry it along. You need to join the Medinah Faith Church and trust in Juan's honesty and integrity and the value of the property.
