Would absolutely love to see a company get creative and do something like this! Really be satisfying to watch the R&Rs of the world squirm as they see small investors start to take their market away from them. My understanding is that the regulatory process for getting something like this done is difficult and full of liability for the company. Do you have any better insight into this aspect?
