No one yelled "the building is on fire", and someone got injured getting out of a burning building. First of all, the rumor that funding is pending is a rumor unto itself. A 2nd rumor that funding fell through is yet another rumor. NVI's comments that funding did not fall through is not a rumor, but a fact.

We're all big boys an girls and we know how this game is played. Check and recheck your facts, and take your educated chances with the rest of us. If I read something that flies in the face of what I believe to be true - know darn well that I will use every resource I have to confirm or deny the rumor. End of story.
