I look at it a little differently,

With BP looking for blockbuster drugs we are THE LEADER in a field that the FDA wants to address.On top of that at the present time there aren't any competitors.
To use your example with a little change--A pair of aces in the hole and the flop turns up two more.The only question is how many people can I keep in the game.
