I have answer to all this question with the pr's, call and email i have made to the company...
Wizard wanted raise doubt with these questions but this is miss for him...
(1) Background of CEO (many have asked –CEO remains silent).
The company already tell us Vinny have sales background
(2) Eiten complaint of Massachusetts SEC finds Paradigm fraud, pumping & dumping
False...Paradigm never receive any accusation...the complaint was for the IR company who worked for many company...PDGT have never do something illegal.
(3) No registered trademark for Stealth Sensor – Jim Dahl finally applied.
False...The SteathSensor is registrered and Jim Dahl have yielded is right to Paradigm.
(4) RadDetect not Paradigm product –no rights to produce or market- became lawsuit.
False...RadDetect is not produce by Paradigm. Paradigm had legally obtained the right of the RadDetect patend with ACG with a contract but ACG did not have any right on the patend. Paradigm sue ACG for $5 Millions. Paradigm conceive and manufacture his own product ...The RadSafe...who is not the same product than the RadDetect...
(5) No active address – registered mail returned –no phone (now answering machine)
False...The headquarters is at 64 Central Street Suite 1 Georgetown, MA 01833-2415 978-702-9106...
(6) Stealth Sensor – Pictures? Still none on website.
The Stealth Sensor is in production now and will be ready in few weeks...all info will be availaible soon...They probably dont want be copy ?
(7) No patent protection for RadSafe or Stealth Sensor –(provisional patent application)
Patent pending.Prov. # 61/035,389...All seek was made...this go forward...
(8) SEC complaint filed – forms avail on posted link
False...lie
(9) Paradigm –no employees after Camilla & Marr left –(was 2 employees before)
False...Call them...
(10) Jon Latorella continued involvement after Eiten findings and judgment against
False...Any accusation against Jon Latorella...lie
(11) No sales for a year – no dilution –where is operating money coming from?
Paradigm have an agreement with the manufacturer that will benefit both companies...expense are cut to minimum.
(12) Paradigm continued to announce Frisker EasySearch (PRs) after contract expired
False...Paradigm mo longer annonce the FriskerPro...see at www.paradigmglobalproducts.com
(13) TA gagged – why if no dilution –(Is there another reason?)
Almost all company have a TA gagged for many good reason and not for dilution...the company release the o/s each 3-4 month
(14) Need to remove Paradigmtactical.com website for Frisker
This website is no longer under Paradigm control...No more relate to the company...
(15) Military “sales” and deployment of Stealth Sensor PR was pre-order at best
Yes and its good...
(16) PR fluff – engineering staff, leading provider, up to, military sales ...
False...no fluff pr
(17) No Federal sales since 2007 (FBOP is Frisker)– no military sales

(18) Paradigm Tactical, Paradigm Global, Global Detector relationship? Why names?
Paradigm tactical product have create a subsiduary, paradigm global product to reflect more the way the company take...
Global detector is the distributor of Paradigm product...Simple...Go to www.globaldetector.com to buy products
(19) Dilution would not be bad to show Paradigm is actively developing products
