Surf,just read the post maybe this will help to answer a few questions for some,what you have been talking about and refering to.In 2006, Better Bodies, Inc. was formed to import then place or operate CelluBike locations.
These locations or salons then operated the CelluBike‘s to reduce cellulite, inches and weight on
women in Southern California and Las Vegas, Nevada areas. These locations have been in opera-tion since late February 2006. Each location is now generating between $5,000 and $8,000 per month on a consistent basis with one CelluBike for each location. In June LDHI began to adver-tise and sell the CelluBikes to Day Spas, Wellness Centers, Nutrition Centers and to celebrities. Their original vision was to own and operate all of the CelluBike centers. This vision was a great idea however the capital required was massive and would in the long run create their own com-petition. LDHI feels that the CelluBike is such a great idea that it needs to be sold and promoted faster than they have been able to do to at this point in time. In June LDHI began to market and sell the bikes to get the additional revenue and to build the overall market for the bike and the process that it utilizes. LDHI feels that having a larger number of bikes in the market would en-hance the market. They also have a number of new improvements in the bike that will make it more appealing and useful in the market. With the new design and improvements they have de-veloped LDHI is applying for patents in the United States and other countries. They feel this will give them the marketing and manufacturing advantage that they need to control this market. The new units will be produced in Southern California and Nevada and will lower the cost per unit by $15,000 or more. LDHI feels that they can continue to charge between $38,000 and $44,000 per unit. This will increase their operating margin from 30% to over 60%. The demand for the bike is increasing every month because of the advertising and public exposure that LDHI has been generating for the Bike. They have been on the channel 5, 7 and 34 news shows in the Los Angles area and have now been on Good Morning America. This has and will continue to gener-ate a lot of interest and business for the CelluBike. LDHI needs to be manufacturing the bikes in the United States by the end of the year. This can be accomplished by contacting the major parts with other manufacturing companies then han-dling the final assembly in Nevada. LDHI would also enjoy a 20% additional increase in margin because of the exchange rate with the Euro. Better Bodies also has a new home model that is in the design stage. This new model will be ready to market in the spring of next year. The cost will be in the $1,000 range and will sell for $4,000 to $6,000 each. The market for this type of bike is in the hundreds of thousands of units. Overall, Better Bodies, Inc. can be characterized as a high-profile aggressive distributor and manufacturer of the CelluBike and the new personal CelluBike in this country and around the world. Better Bodies is and will be the most innovative and aggressive operators, sellers and creators of technology that reduces cellulite, inches, weight and the detoxification of people. The market in this country has and is changing from just reacting to health problems to now becoming proac-tive advocates of good health and wellness before problems begin. LDHI is now at the cutting edge of this good health awareness and are in a position to take advantage of the overall market shift. People are looking for ways to lose weight and reform and reshape their bodies and to de-toxify.
