I don't understand why HALO can create an Insulin study in less than 6 months ( from creation to launch ) , while the Hylenex fluid studies like PEDS II and Easy Access II are taking years?? HALO has proved that they have the tools to launch studies in a timely manner---is it the Baxter Factor?
