The parameters have now changed unfortunately. Up until recently, I still felt that a buyout at a sizable premium or a lucrative FOB partnership was possible if not probable. Now, what we have learned is that essentially Merrimack is sort of out and LEO is getting out! That leaves LFB and Ovation with LFB essentially gaining more and more control of GTCB. That is a sure sign that LFB will eventually swallow GTCB for peanuts by next spring and, until then, GTCB is dead money while many other lucrative market opportunities have opened up lately...
