It is a high-side figure and denotes how much we remain in the clutches of mechanical trading and this has dangerous potential.
Program trading is basically Index oriented, there is NO analysis, NO attention to value of ANY single stock.
There is a drive to remove the human from the market.
This is actually inherently dangerous in my view.
