Over a month ago, GZFX told us all that they would need $10MM this year to pull this off. Frankly, I think that is extremely frugal for their goals.

For you to read the form that clearly announces a credit line wherein the company can Put the stock to the financeer when needed up to as many as 150MM shares to get this $10MM and understand that to mean a 150MM share dump is ludicrus.

To post it as a 150MM share dump on this board is just wrong man.
