Market: Topping Indciator continues to work its magic putting a cap on this move to the disbelief of many. Short term sentiment measures closed at an extreme level on Thursday as posted here and we see the results today.

If the VXO low was 6/8 at 13.75, the top is in for the move. I think that is a good bet.
