I post because I do see both sides of the issue. I bought into their game and now I see it as such. I loved the company, now I despise them and when I once told others to buy it, now I tell them to run from it. Critical thinking is great when the parties involved are up for reasonable realities. I do see the potential for Clean Coal and I can find many websites and sources to make the case for it's beacon of hope in the future. If you want to have a discussion on Coal and Energy self-sufficiency then critical think away.
Often times when discussing Critical thinking, Logical thinking also comes to play. You are a smart man Doc and as such one would assume that you can think logically as well as critically. This is where the problem lies. All reasonable logic has gone out the window and the vagaries of the market have little to do with NSOL.
You say "look at both sides of an issue" Doc? Well on one side we have a company that has changed their name from Stockwatchman to Nuclear Solutions who went from Ethanol to Coal. A company who's lawyer gave them money for a Nuclear testing device that Firemen were going to use and in return Patrick Herda passed his salary back to this lawyer. A company who's written statements said they will not dilute the shareholders and then went and diluted 95% of the company. A company who said their first "Flagship" tire plant would move ahead at full steam, 2 years ago. A company who manipulated every shareholder with a bogus buyout offer. And I could go on and on and on.
And on the other side we have you telling us to think critically about the market/industry conditions, ad nauseam. You are basing your investment prospects on hope and speculation. At least when I was buying this pig I was buying lies directly from company PR's that Patrick Herda signed. In hindsight I am a fool for believing that this CEO actually had intentions of making the company a success rather than using it as a tool to enrich Denise Barbato, but in the end I was buying into their press releases.
Why do I post here? Well I'd rather have the stock stay at these levels so DB and the BOD can not make sh*t on their shares just like the rest of us chumps. If they can miraculously accomplish something and one does not have to use clairvoyance to invest, then at that point hopefully the share price reflects whatever it is they have done. It is clear that the current share price is a reflection of all their past manipulation, lies and deceit.
