Reorder the seven paragraphs in #msg-33259292 so that #7 becomes #1, #6 becomes #2, #5 becomes #3, etc. The reordered list would then list everything in decreasing order of Most Likely to Fail :- )

More seriously, I did not intentionally leave any representative drug candidates off the list; if there are any you think ought to be added, please speak up.
