Agreed, but legal initiative will take and cost alot more than we would EVER see in return. If the company goes BK, which is how it looks, and BKMP is just an investors in TFNG, which it looks like it is, we get nothing.

So if it is an issue of principles, thats great, but money talks and BS walks. I am not going to put up thousands to get hundreds or nothing.

Any bagholders living in Canada could contact the media and then perhaps if they pick up on the story, which is doubtful, a lawyer will be forthcoming.

Have been involved in too many of these pinkys that have gone bankrupt and the there is nothing logical to do. Sue and spend lots to get nothing. Only one CEO of a pinky I was involved in actually is serving time, the other is banned from being in volved with any public company. The countless others laugh and move on to bigger and better scams.
