Since the contract is between BKMP and TFN, then Samai/Sandy should have that contract. As shareholders, we should have access to view that said contract. For whoever might be in good with Samai/Sandy and plays nice with him, perhaps a request to see it would show. I would think it is unsecured and not a loan, but an investment. Those are 2 different things. We invested in TFNG who is the holding company of TFN. If it were a loan, no shares would have transacted between TFNG and BKMP.

The BS surrounding BKMP has been ongoing. This is jut the latest event to unfold. Instead of us being quiet all along and good drones and "believers", perhaps MORE people whould have done MORE sooner. Just an idea.
