There are Bank liabilities and there are Holding liabilities. They are different.

Bank liabilities have to collect from the Receiver. Bank Note HOlders are SOL and can NOT collect from Holding UNLESS there was a cross guarantee, which is highly unlikely since at the time, signing with the Bank was safer.

Holding liabilities are 8 billion.
