WM Bank debts are now JPM bussines.. no doubt about it. As WM bank assets are JPM bussiness too .. for the good or the bad.

There may be some arguments about the WM Inc assets - such as the NOL tax benefits or the 4.4B, etc - being partially to be used by JPM to pay WM Bank creditors .. that is what they are trying to claim with their motions .. and our lawyers are doing a good job to preserve most of it in WM Inc balnce sheet... ... in any case there may be a discussion about it. ... the judge will decide..

.... but it's clear that WM Bank debts are theirs are the WM Inc debts ( 8B) are ours...
