I dont know it would appear Art would be a better judge as to the financial shape of TFN based on the first 2 years of financial numbers I posted earlier. It appears they mounted up a little debt but what company not named Microsoft has a debt-free balance sheet. Oh I forgot BKMP is one of those companies.
