I can see your point,
at first glance, I feel it is in break out mode too,
however, a closer look tell me, for a bull run,
CCI30 need to break the 0 line
ADX14 need to cross-over
PPS need to break 18 resistance
current candle is a indecision White Spinning Top candle and close to the BB top, also at 38% Fib
so I wouldn't bet on upside in current market condition
