glassy: Yes, I've seen that rumor. Been a lot of "rumors" around ACII for many years, whether it will happen or not is anyone's guess.

Looking at the recently filed 8K, the BoD will be getting three new Directors when they acquire OrbitForm. That's 50% of the BoD and OrbitForm will have 50% of ACII stock. Seems like an odd thing to happen if someone was looking to outright buy ACII. Their annual revenues will now be ~15M - $20M (as opposed to ~$4M) and the BoD will have six members (Conlin, Rehfeld and Mouton plus the new three).

My guess is whoever posted the rumor got a few pieces of info incorrect and what we just saw in the 8-K was it. Of course, I could be totally wrong as well. Been wrong many times with this company. LOL!
