I wish they'd do that for technical workers... I have one friend who has 30 years of experience and is having a hard time getting a job. I had a head hunter tell me not to put "over 20 years of experience" on my resume but rather "extensive experience". The fact is that if you are an older techie you are seen as a obsolete dinosaur.
