Yes, interesting how the Japanese EKC option, so recently touted as "the 5 firms" who are interested in the EKC formulation, has just disappeared off the radar.

Last I heard they "Japan option" meet once a month for discussions/meetings.

OK, NNVC slid under the wire. Wow!

NOW WHAT? No LOI? No Release of overdue Study?
What Deal in the works?

Almost got delisted.
10-K will be out of cash in Jan. OK perhaps a few months longer.
Share price .63 cents and trending downwards.
