I think today with that rise it hard to judge what was not nice.
When prices get to these levels the people who got out and are waiting are going to make out big.

The problem is everybody want to be a day trader now.
but most are buying junk and are clueless on the one they are tiring to flip
A lot are not seeing the long term.
