I agree with the resume cutting it in the west but there are huge cultural differences between China and the West, so a bad looking resume doesn't surprise me. Especially if you consider the claim that DDCT needed AIDO to bridge the gap between DDCT and the rest of the world. I picture a deeply Chinese company trying to figure out how to break out globally.
It just means Mr. Siyou's capabilities are yet unkown. I do hope AIDO/DDCT (more AIDO because they should know better) are considering potential wraith of Michelin and GY by AIDO building their own tire tags. I don't know if AIDO has done their homework on this, or if Michelin and GY would even care, but to jump in naively/blindly carries some risk.
