I don't really care that I wasn't notified about the increase because I wasn't going to sell and there was obviously nothing I could do to stop it.
What I do want to be notified about is if you bring up SEC action so I can daytrade this at my small profit and buy back later when you have killed the stock.
My feeling (as you know) has always been that you support the CEO or get out. I have lost many times by getting out of stocks where the CEO did something I didn't like.
Look at it this way. You will never have to worry about the authorized going up again!
