FrankN, your math is incorrect. The float is included in the O/S. Also, the last O/S that we got is in the I-Box and is ~132MM O/S. Because of all the trading activity, we know that the share count is much higher but that POS Sikora will not let us know what it is. Even worse, Sikora or Outboard was telling the IR that they thought dilution would end at various points and the Shawn would tell shareholders some of those estimates.

One poster said he was told that dilution would end at 68MM. At one time, I was told that dilution would end at ~95MM. Later I was told ~115MM. We now know that they were bold faced lies. My guess is that we are getting very close to 200MM but because the management of this company and that of Outboard are nothing but POS, bold faced lying cockroach SOB's, we will never know until the next 10Q or later.IMO
