I would expect a last ditch effort of a LOI
from maybe a former Rock Star.
Followed by a reasonable grace period.
Then a backout.

I still like the idea of a start up manufacturer.
If there was not so much baggage(socalled tax loss investment)
it could quite successful.
Whomever aquires Grem at the auction will do well.
