I have to agree with another poster - the conversion was probably known by the new owner - Maybe he has been buying all the shares - cause we kept asking who was buying?

Having the P shrs maybe the only way to get value from the company - I suspect with a change in ownership comes a massive R/S and a symbol change

"time will tell" for those of us left with shares of some sort
