OK here it is, clearance from the tower...
Dear XXXX,

This is totally incorrect. We have our agreement with Hana where we
are
their customer and they are our manufacturer. We have the right to
solicit
bids from other tag manufacturers and we will give Hana the last
pricing
option. We are in the process RIGHT NOW of manufacturing in China and
in
Thailand our own tags in compliance with AIAG guidelines and global
standards.

While I was in China, I reviewed the facility that we are using with
DDCT as
our manufacturer of record. In the case of all major tire
manufacturers
such as Goodyear, Bridgestone and others...we will be totally compliant
and
able to sell around the world in early 2009 which is the target dates
for
all the tire manufacturers. We already have quotes for Millions of tire
tags
that will be manufactured by Advanced ID Asia.

It should be obvious that this step is a major and positive initiative
for
our control of our own manufacturing to enable us to react in a timely
method with better pricing, responding top major tire manufacturer
requirements.
