Bought a few hundred atpg and sold Dec calls at 12.50 strike. Net cost was 8.99. 480 million for part of Atpg North Sea assets was more than the current market cap of the whole company. Atpg still retains GOM production, including 35,000bpd from Gomez platform. If they retained their 300million cash from the 6/30/08 statement and got paid 480million cash, they would have more than $20/share in cash! Bobwins
