i'm a pretty good judge of charachter and although you definately cant learn about someones deepest thoughts in a day, it was very obvious that ron smith was and is very proud of his accomplishments and looks at this company more as his lifes blood than a bank account. with his and his wifes salary i would say they are'nt lacking for much anyway's and deservedly so. but for now i was put under the impression that he along with the rest of management has big plans and a hearty attitude towards making this company a huge success, time will ultimatley tell but from what i have seen over the last two years tells me it will be worth the wait(JMHO)
