Fortress suggests there is no NSS problem.

If it is hard to believe anything they say from past history, why would it be believed that when it is said, "there is not one", for that that to not be true?

That would imply there is one (NSS) on that line of thinking if you don't believe what Fortress says. If it is true on that line of thinking, hypothetically, then who would be NSS, brokers or management or you an I?
