Now don't everyone go off on me for suggesting that this is the case here. As it has been pointed out the Naked shorting is legal. It is just that the "illegal" thing comes up and gets all fuzzy to some..as in, it never happened, no such thing, if it does happen couldn't be here, but if it was management involved and doing it that's different, etc..
