Lord Ship and his CLYW finance research

First of all, like to thank Lordship for his extensive research which is valuable to me,esp insider holders as well as major holders(which I saw before, but lost somehow)

Significant thing is,,INSIDERS ARE HOLDING clyw shares and NOT selling them in any major way. This is plus #1

Second,as Lord said, there is NO significant debt load,or debt holders who can bancrupt CLYW

For growing tech company both are very significant

Notice ROBERT LEON is holding 2 million plus shares! This guy has MANY patents from the days when he was at Motorola, this is REAL brain behind CLYW,and he is holding 2 million(actually,i thought he has more)

If you examinine SHIP's research, you will notice there are much more pluses in CLYW finances than minuses, even he admits it.

Of course,CLYW needs more cash,as it is getting ready for prototype, advertizing, sending sales-team,etc,but this is actually MORE the reason we should believe in the company, meaning THEY NEED cash because they are on the verge!

I know CLYW headquarter is working Mon-Saturday ,many working 9-9 shift..

Some like Ship raised doubt about they getting low on cash..well,this is very short-sighted.

Remember CLYW worked many, many years on debt and borrowed money, because investors PUT up money,as well as venture capitalist and investing houses.

They are all willing to back CLYW because of FUTURE potential!

To say CLYW may be in danger financially because they are low in cash is ridiculous statement if you have any inkling on CLYW
s history.

Fact is CLYW can raise money in many different ways,,and if it come worse, MENDOZA himself can loan money easily.(well,,ROBERT LEON brought CARLOS MENDOZA when he ran out of his private money, thus the beginning of CARLOS/CLYW COR)

Remember all the companies like MSFT,QCOM,etc,,in the beginning, they ALL needed cash continually,,issued stocks,,do other financing for a while, until they are established.

WHAT CLYW is doing is ENTIRELY similar to those companies.

In fact,if they would issue private placement again,I would be too glad to take advantage and buy their stocks
