I, Mario Pino have previously terminated and removed you Mr. Ryan Houser,as President, CEO of JOAN AND JACK OIL and GAS Company, INC. as said forth from the prior Cease and Desist official document that was e-mailed to you on February 22, 2008 and also in addition to that you were verbally notified and formally given strict orders on February 18, 2008 not to act in any way shape or form to present yourself as an Officer the Company.
You are hereby instructed to immediately stop any and all activities in progress related to JOAN AND JACK OIL AND GAS COMPANY OR WALL STREET SECURITIES LLC. , OR WALL STREET GROUP. If you continue unauthorized use of the Corporations or Public Companies or lease holdings of myself Mario Pino, it may constitute FRAUD and will prosecute. The Board of Directors and Officers and Chairman and Secretary have all been informed of these changes, verbally and written notification.
I, Mario Pino and Officers do not want any further business dealings with you since you have as of February, 2008 unlawfully continued to act as an Officer of the Company. As follows are the Police report’s ,which is documented proof you are acting fraudulently , as well acted in a non professional manner by committing gross inappropriate acts on misconduct in regards to Monique Pino.
Fraud case #2008-81635751 and Sexual Assault case# Fc:2008-80249298 – Phoenix Police Depatment, Family Advocacy Center.

You are further instructed to return all corporate documents that you have stolen and are holding of JOAN AND JACK OIL COMPANY and Wall Street Securities and SUMMIT FUNDING in your possession such as leases, stocks, Bonds,surveys,maps , as well as any other documents or contracts you have forward to the address listed above.
