"I dont think I should be talking to you on the board due to the contents of the letter that was sent certified to you back in June from the company lawyers stating that your wrongful behavior which included without limitation, numerous false and malicious statements published on website chatrooms and made directly to clients of Paradigm and Vincent. I remember to that demand was then made to immediately cease and desist any and such defamatory behavior. You seem to have ignored that letter. I wont respond to any questions you pretend to have."
