CaptainJim - I own some stock in NUBV, but otherwise
I have no affiliation with them, paid or not paid.
1. I hold more shares than you do. (My bad.)
2. A plaintiff can't simply ask a court to force a
company to open its books to a forced audit. That's
called a 'fishing expedition'.
- other than the IRS, and maybe the SEC, what
government agency has the power to force an audit?
3. Re Ron in/out/whatever -- what's the legal issue that
will carry weight?
4. Where's the water? Great question. Can you take
that to court? Stock is not a contract for delivery.
5. Re giving money to Jaygar, if they did, what was
illegal about that? If you have to "ask for proof,"
then you don't have enough to go to court. If you
have enough facts to sustain a pleading, THEN, maybe
you can get more info with discovery. But you can't
go to court with nothing and hope that the court will
give you a fishing license.
6. Re being CEO of more than one company - good question,
but is it illegal?
What action do you expect/hope that AGs will take?
Did they promise you anything specific?
